Through the dedicated option, you can choose to recover orders and carts of all the users, and therefore send automatic emails, or only those who have a specific user role.
Save and recover carts of guest users
By enabling the option “Recover carts of guest users”, when the user fills in the checkout fields but doesn’t complete the order, the contact info inserted will be saved and used to send the automatic email to recover the order. For full transparency, you can also choose to show a checkbox to ask for user’s consent to the use of personal data to send promotional emails only to users who checked the option.

Are you worried about not knowing where to start from, after installing the plugin? No problem: we have inserted two email templates just ready for the sending. You will only need to enable them by clicking the yes/no option and the plugin will be ready to be used and will send emails to the first users who will abandon their cart or won’t complete the payment of an order on your shop. You can customize and edit the templates as you prefer or create new ones.
Create unlimited emails and choose when to send them to users
The plugin has two default emails, one to recover abandoned carts and one to recover unpaid orders. Yet, you can create unlimited emails with different content and automatic sending times to build a powerful strategy to retrieve customers. For example, you can offer a 5% discount in the first email, sent after 24 hours, a 10% discount in the second email sent after 48 hours, and include a convincing text in the last email using scarcity and urgency principles (“Last chance to use the coupon code…”).
Attach a discount coupon to emails to encourage users to purchase the products left in their cart
A discount coupon is a good way to have users coming back to your shop and encourage them to purchase items they were interested in. You only need three clicks to insert the coupon to the email, choose to offer a fixed or percentage discount and define the expiration. You can create unlimited coupons with a different value for each email and choose a code to spot the coupons sent through our plugin emails (in our live demo, for example, we use the acronym “RAC”).
Keep track of recovered orders and carts from the integrated dashboard
